Terms of Service

These pilot terms govern access to AviaFlow during the controlled pilot. Access is provided by invitation and may be suspended or withdrawn where necessary to protect users, data, or the service.

What AviaFlow provides

AviaFlow helps broker teams capture Enquiries, send Operator Quote Requests, receive Operator Quotes, review responses, and record an internal preferred quote. Marking a quote preferred is an internal sourcing decision; it does not create a booking, contract, proposal, payment, or operator acceptance.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping invitation links private, maintaining accurate access permissions, and ensuring that information you submit may lawfully be processed. Do not upload passport numbers, dates of birth, nationality, passport expiry details, or passenger identity documents during this pilot.

Pilot limitations

The pilot is subject to staged release controls, service limits, and planned maintenance. RFQ email delivery and sender-domain configuration may be operated as a separate delivery workstream and are not promised by these pilot terms until enabled in the workspace.
