Privacy Policy

AviaStack Ltd operates AviaFlow, a private workspace for charter-broker sourcing. This notice explains the information we collect when you contact us, apply for the pilot, or use an AviaFlow workspace.

Information we use

Pilot applications may include your name, work email, company, operation type, message, and privacy acknowledgement. Workspace accounts and enquiry records are processed on the instructions of the broker tenant using the service.

Why we use it

We use pilot application information to review applications and arrange onboarding. Workspace data is used to provide the requested sourcing workflow, security, support, and service operations. We do not use pilot application information for advertising analytics.

Retention and requests

Unaccepted pilot applications are retained for up to 12 months. Active tenant operational data is retained while the pilot is active, subject to the tenant’s instructions and applicable law. You may ask for access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion by contacting privacy@aviastack.aero.

Service providers

AviaFlow uses infrastructure and security providers such as Vercel, Convex, Sentry, and Cloudflare Turnstile where configured. The final pilot launch requires review and approval of the applicable data-processing and subprocessor arrangements.

Controller details

AviaStack Ltd is the service operator. Registered details, operating countries, controller/processor allocation, and the applicable supervisory authority will be confirmed before production pilot data is enabled.
