Do operators need an AviaFlow account?
No. An operator can respond through the request-specific smart link or reply directly to the request email. Your broker workspace keeps the response connected to the enquiry.
What happens to email replies?
Direct replies are attached to the relevant quote-request conversation. Captured quote details remain pending until your team reviews them before comparison.
What does the free pilot include?
Personal onboarding and access to the enquiry, sourcing and quote-review workflow, with direct feedback to the AviaFlow team. No payment details are required to apply.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application personally and contact you about your workflow and suitability for the pilot. If it is a fit, we arrange onboarding. Applying does not create a workspace automatically.
